BiBo Shoreditch, headed up by Dani Garcia, offers brunch with a Spanish twist including chorizo brioche, gambas fritas, eggs benedict, pan con tomate, and caramelised rice pudding. Brunch at Laurel’s on the Roof includes a 10-item Californian-inspired feast, complete with favourites including Shakshuka, avocado on toast, pancake stacks and French toast, all served alongside a signature cocktail.
